About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete a paid apprenticeship to learn Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
  • Perform ADAS calibrations according to OE specifications and repair standards
  • Develop calibration technician skills across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers
  • Receive mentorship, initial training, virtual support, and continuing education
  • Graduate to a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration role by the end of the 7th month

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be at least 21+ years of age
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s insurance policy
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Be able to understand written and verbal instructions
  • Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
  • Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
