About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a paid apprenticeship with mentorship and training
- Learn to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
- Follow OE specifications and repair standards
- Build calibration technician experience across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers
- Participate in initial training, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology
- Progress toward graduating from Calibration Technician Apprentice to Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the seventh month
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under the company's insurance policy
- Pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
- Be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
