About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Apply technical knowledge to assist customers
Answer inbound and outbound phone calls in support of the Autel scanning unit
Answer technical questions relating to scanning procedures of the Autel unit
Conduct research to understand, explain, and resolve technology issues on vehicles
Perform all-purpose duties as assigned in a mobile diagnostic technician role
Provide top-tier service to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician required
I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred
Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete assigned job duties
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks
Minimum age requirement of 21+ years
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
