About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete a paid apprenticeship to learn Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
Perform ADAS calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards
Gain calibration technician experience across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers
Participate in initial training, virtual support, and continuing education
Progress toward Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the seventh month
Gain hands-on experience within a production shop
Use computerized diagnostic equipment, factory diagnostic and programming software, and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license
Eligible for coverage under the company’s insurance policy
Able to pass pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Previous automotive experience is nice to have but not required
