About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete a paid apprenticeship to learn Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
  • Perform calibrations according to OE specifications and repair standards
  • Develop calibration technician skills across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers
  • Participate in initial training, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology
  • Progress from Calibration Technician Apprentice to Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the seventh month
  • Gain hands-on experience within a production shop

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s insurance policy
  • Pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
