About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete a paid apprenticeship with mentorship and training
Learn and perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
Follow OE specifications and repair standards
Build calibration technician confidence across a wide range of manufacturers
Participate in initial training, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology
Graduate to a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration role by the end of the seventh month
Gain hands-on experience within a production shop

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 21 years of age
Have a valid driver's license
Be eligible for coverage under the company's insurance policy
Pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
Be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
