About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a paid apprenticeship to learn Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
- Perform calibrations according to OE specifications and repair standards
- Gain experience across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers
- Participate in initial training, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology
- Progress toward becoming a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration technician by the end of the seventh month
- Gain hands-on experience within a production shop
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligible for coverage under the company’s insurance policy
- Able to pass pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
- Must be able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Able to understand written and verbal instructions
- Able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
