About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Learn to perform diagnostic and mechanical repairs under the supervision of an experienced technician
  • Gain hands-on experience as an automotive mobile technician across a wide range of manufacturers
  • Perform vehicle repairs according to OE specifications and repair standards
  • Participate in mentorship, skilled training, and certification programs
  • Work within a production shop using computerized diagnostic equipment, factory diagnostic and programming software, and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be at least 21+ years of age
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s insurance policy
  • Pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
