About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enterprise sales and strategic partnership efforts to expand Prosperity Now's mission while generating sustainable revenue streams.
- Create opportunities where none currently exist and design customized partnership models.
- Develop executive-level pitch materials and negotiate complex agreements.
- Represent Prosperity Now in executive meetings and cultivate long-term relationships with executives.
- Ensure alignment of sales and partnership opportunities with organizational strategy and program priorities.
- Provide quarterly pipeline reports and sales forecasts.
- Foster a high-accountability culture and coach team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, management consulting, SaaS sales, financial services, or comparable sales conversion related experience.
- Documented record of successfully closing complex six- and seven-figure partnerships.
- Experience selling executive-level solutions.
- Experience negotiating sophisticated partnership agreements.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills.
- Experience preparing executive pitch decks.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-suite executives.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple large opportunities simultaneously.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
