About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and grow the Forward Deployed Engineering team
- Set the technical direction for the FDE area
- Own the FDE process
- Stay hands-on with complex integrations and live debugging
- Be the technical face for key clients
- Tune and optimize voice agents
- Partner with PMs and Engineering leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong software engineering background with team leadership experience
- Solid understanding of FastAPI (Python), PostgreSQL, and React (TypeScript)
- Experience working closely with clients
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or other ML models
- Comfortable balancing hands-on IC work with people management and process ownership
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, or related field
