About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and grow the Forward Deployed Engineering team
Set the technical direction for the FDE area
Own the FDE process
Stay hands-on with complex integrations and live debugging
Be the technical face for key clients
Tune and optimize voice agents
Partner with PMs and Engineering leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong software engineering background with team leadership experience
Solid understanding of FastAPI (Python), PostgreSQL, and React (TypeScript)
Experience working closely with clients
Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or other ML models
Comfortable balancing hands-on IC work with people management and process ownership
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, or related field
