About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide services and support as a Lead Professional Engineer aligned with the Technical Execution / Independent Engineering Functional Area / Category Discipline in the Energy Industry.
- Deliver independent engineering advisory services by converting discipline-specific engineering, construction, compliance, operating, commercial, and risk findings into lender-ready due diligence outputs.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders to support timely lender and DOE decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of progressive energy infrastructure, engineering advisory, project finance, program management, or independent engineering experience;
- 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams, client delivery, and senior stakeholder engagement for federal, lender, or owner-side programs.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, geoscience, petroleum engineering, mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, environmental, or related technical field.
- PE, PMP, CSP, API, NACE/AMPP, PMI, or discipline-specific credentials preferred where applicable.
