About the role
- Responsible for timely recruitment, screening, and enrollment of qualified study participants
- Speaks professionally to potential study participants
- Communicates study details and procedures, addresses questions and concerns
- Schedules screening appointments for pre-qualified study participants
- Updates information from study participant global files into the VDB
- Participates in community outreach programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months health industry or customer service-related experience and/or training
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is required
- Knowledge of the current MS Office Suite
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
