About the role
- Work closely with real estate investors to secure exclusive inventory in a competitive marketplace.
- Identify and acquire high-potential investment properties using Prophet Homes' network, wholesale contacts, and proprietary software.
- Generate leads and conduct sales and marketing activities to source deals.
- Negotiate with sellers and investors and manage transaction processes to achieve fast closings.
- Handle high transaction volume and manage quick commission payouts to maximize income potential.
- Set and manage a flexible schedule while collaborating with a team for support and growth.
Requirements
- Active California real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Proven skills in sales, marketing, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and other technology tools.
