About the role
- Source and acquire investment properties for investors using company resources and contacts.
- Generate leads through sales, marketing, and lead generation efforts; manage pipelines in CRM systems.
- Negotiate deals and communicate with sellers and investors to close transactions.
- Work independently to create strategy and schedule while collaborating with the team when needed.
- Participate in comprehensive training programs and leverage support to execute successful transactions.
- Use proprietary software, wholesale contacts, and strong buying power to identify and secure the best investment properties.
Requirements
- Active California real estate license.
- Proven skills in sales, marketing, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and other technology tools.
