About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Seek Independent Environmental Professionals nationwide with priority in the NYC Tri-state area, GA, SC, NC, northern CA, OR, and WA areas
- Exposure to a wide variety of property types including residential, office, retail, hospitality, and warehouse/distribution buildings
- Work with seasoned environmental scientists and geologists conducting and leading projects independently
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have minimum 5 years ENV experience and be considered as Environmental Professionals (EP) per ASTM 1527-21
- Performed over 300 Phase I EAs
- Regulatory compliance
- Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training certification, asbestos inspector, and/or lead-based paint certification also a plus
- A degree in environmental science, engineering or geology-related science as well as industry experience is recommended
- Must have advanced technical writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Resourcefulness and initiative
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- The ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time
