About the role
- Lead account teams made up of channel specialists and project managers to deliver results and ROI for clients
- Collaborate on strategy with the Account Director and own execution
- Lead day-to-day client delivery and communication
- Ensure work is executed at a high standard across channels
- Coordinate internal project managers and channel specialists
- Monitor performance and proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities
- Be accountable for client results, retention, and delivery quality
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience
- Proven experience managing ongoing client relationships at a marketing agency
- Experience overseeing multi-channel marketing programs
- Project management experience (formal or informal)
- Expert-level experience in at least one marketing area
- Hands-on intermediate or higher experience in at least three marketing areas
- Familiarity with all marketing areas, with no more than 1–2, with zero experience
