About the role
- Accountable for the successful development of correspondent clearing platform features and broker-dealer onboarding solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to create Business Requirements and Product Requirements documents.
- Follow the full product life cycle from conceptualization to launch, owning business and technical requirements.
- Assist in developing products, features, and road maps for correspondent clearing operations and regulatory compliance workflows.
- Participate in SAFe PI Planning to break down specific business requirements and add technical details.
- Ensure documentation in Jira/Confluence supports clearing business needs.
- Work closely with external partners for requirements, communications, and timely delivery.
- Interface with internal and external audiences regarding product-related questions and requests.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience managing technical program delivery using common management structures.
- Experience with launching a correspondent clearing platform or broker-dealer onboarding solution in FinTech.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and web-application technologies related to clearing and settlement systems.
- Experience working with correspondent clearing operations or introducing broker-dealer relationships.
- Deep understanding of correspondent clearing workflows including trade processing, settlement, margin requirements, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience with broker-dealer compliance requirements (FINRA, SEC, NSCC, DTC).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable technical writing experience focused on clearing operations and broker-dealer documentation.
- Understanding of margin requirements and risk management for correspondent clearing.
- Experience with broker-dealer onboarding, due diligence, and compliance workflows.
