About the role

  • Responsible for the strategic development of the consulting division.
  • Actively shape customers' digital transformation in waste management and the circular economy.
  • Develop consulting approaches and process optimizations.
  • Support complex SAP projects from conception through implementation to successful completion.
  • Take responsibility for planning, steering and monitoring project progress, including budget and quality accountability.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the consulting team both professionally and personally.
  • Act as the central interface between clients, internal development teams and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Solid experience in IT consulting and project management, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to analyze and structure complex functional and technical requirements and translate them into sustainable solutions.
  • Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to maintain oversight across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Persuasive stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and communicate clearly both internally and externally in German and English.
