About the role
- Work closely with companies to make their operations more efficient and sustainable.
- Analyze business processes and develop innovative concepts together with the client.
- Support the technical implementation of SAP Waste and Recycling or SAP IS-U solutions.
- Contribute to project phases and ensure new systems are tailored to the customer’s needs.
- Design processes and changes that improve the daily work of many people.
- Support the entire process from initial concept through customizing, testing, and end-user training.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Some practical professional experience — ideally in client-facing roles and with project management methods.
- Knowledge of SAP — particularly modules such as IS-U, EDM, Device Management, PM, SD, MM, FI, or CO.
- Initial exposure to ABAP or motivation to acquire this knowledge.
- Confident and professional presence in client interactions — fluent in both German and English.
- Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and willingness to take responsibility.
