About the role
- Implement the ERP on-site and remotely.
- Support clients via phone calls and support tickets.
- Create user manuals on ERP usability.
- Train colleagues within the department.
- Other duties related to the role.
Requirements
- Experience in the Industrial / Procurement & Supplies area.
- Experience with ERP software.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar).
- Degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Management Processes or related fields.
- Valid driver's license (Category B - car).
- Availability for frequent travel.
- Quick learner.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude.
- Experience in the plastics industry (Production Planning and Control - PCP, purchasing, quality, costing, shipping/dispatch, etc.).
- Spanish (Intermediate/Advanced).
