About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines within an international agency network
Independent management and strategic development of client projects
Conceptualization, planning and data-driven execution of SEA campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen)
Budget responsibility for our clients' performance channels
Planning and conducting interactive client workshops
As a Senior: actively shape and optimize internal workflows and processes, and support the team through knowledge transfer and monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant professional experience in performance marketing on channels such as Google, Microsoft or Amazon
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and ideally Google Analytics and Microsoft Advertising
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive strategies from data
Experience and a professional manner in client communication
Experience in project management
Experience with AI tools (e.g. Google Gemini)
Strategic working style with foresight
A sense for current trends and enthusiasm for new topics
Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
High motivation and strong ability to execute
Reliable and self-directed working style
Enjoy working in a team
Excellent English skills
