About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You independently manage and develop exciting clients from various industries
- You are responsible for coordination, planning, and negotiations with affiliates
- You hold budget responsibility for our clients' campaigns
- You maintain close client contact and develop strategic recommendations
- You build numerous contacts with great people in the affiliate industry and quickly expand your professional network — our network includes more than 10,000 contacts
- You attend exciting conferences and engaging networking events
- You collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines within an international agency network and guide clients to success through a holistic approach
- You actively contribute your ideas to improve our workflows and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant experience in affiliate marketing
- Experience and a confident manner in communication with clients, affiliates, and business partners
- Technical understanding
- Experience in project management and strong execution skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and foresight in your working approach
- High motivation, strong curiosity, and enthusiasm for teamwork
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Strong numerical understanding and the ability to derive strategies from data
- Very good command of English
