About the role

  • You independently manage and develop exciting clients from various industries
  • You are responsible for coordination, planning, and negotiations with affiliates
  • You hold budget responsibility for our clients' campaigns
  • You maintain close client contact and develop strategic recommendations
  • You build numerous contacts with great people in the affiliate industry and quickly expand your professional network — our network includes more than 10,000 contacts
  • You attend exciting conferences and engaging networking events
  • You collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines within an international agency network and guide clients to success through a holistic approach
  • You actively contribute your ideas to improve our workflows and processes

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in affiliate marketing
  • Experience and a confident manner in communication with clients, affiliates, and business partners
  • Technical understanding
  • Experience in project management and strong execution skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and foresight in your working approach
  • High motivation, strong curiosity, and enthusiasm for teamwork
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Strong numerical understanding and the ability to derive strategies from data
  • Very good command of English
