Facilitate and drive stakeholder workshops to map current-state processes, uncover pain points, and define future-state workflows and data flows
Develop value stream maps, process models, and recommendations that support business transformation and operational excellence objectives

What you’ll need

An independent consultant
Proven expertise in Lean methodologies, value stream mapping, and end-to-end process re-engineering within complex business environments
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive consensus across multiple teams
Experience within compliance learning environments is highly desirable; alternatively, experience in regulated manufacturing, GxP, or similarly controlled environments will be considered
