Use your network, recruiting channels, or existing candidate contacts
Conduct an initial assessment of candidates' qualifications, experience, language skills, and availability
Submit suitable candidates via Uvvo
Coordinate with Uvvo on matching job openings and candidate profiles
Uvvo handles collaboration with the companies. You focus on identifying and recommending suitable candidates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in recruiting, active sourcing, HR, or personnel placement is advantageous
Access to qualified candidates in Germany
Understanding of professional qualifications, CVs, and application documents
Careful and professional handling of candidate data
Good German language skills; English skills are a plus
Independent, reliable, and results-oriented work style
Especially relevant are candidates who are already in Germany or have a valid work permit.
