About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain LLM-powered automations for support workflows
Integrate LLM models and third-party services through REST APIs
Design, test, and refine prompts
Evaluate model outputs for quality and reliability
Create lightweight internal tools and UI components using HTML and CSS
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automations running in production

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in software or automation engineering
Hands-on experience with LLM models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering
Strong experience working with REST APIs
Good understanding of HTML and CSS
Solid programming skills (e.g., Python or JavaScript)
Strong written communication and ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment
Comfort with ownership, transparency, and a results-driven mindset
Resume must be submitted in English
Frontend development background (e.g., React, Vue, or a similar framework) is nice to have
