About the role

  • Lead all aspects of client operations and engagement
  • Act as the primary advocate for health plan clients
  • Coordinate and drive meetings connecting us to clients’ needs and goals

  • Take decisive action and escalate issues as needed to protect clients’ interests.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in health plan client success, sales operations, or account management
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Skilled with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Salesforce
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Organized and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments
  • Creative problem solver and consensus builder
  • Clinical background is a plus.
