Schedule design sessions and meet with internal Stakeholders to develop reporting/dashboard requirements and UAT plans
Provide ongoing reporting support for dashboards, reports, master data management and metadata management layers
Investigate performance issues with dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc query environments and mitigate those issues
Deploy work through our continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) model
Track and update work within Azure DevOps using best practices
Use technical documents such as data dictionaries to develop analytics
Participate in Release Management meetings
Provide support to Data Analyst Intern and Junior Data Analysts as requested by leadership

Requirements

Minimum of a U.S. Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Statistics, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, or Computer Science
3 years’ experience in the job offered or a related data analyst role in the healthcare industry
3 years’ hands-on experience developing content with clinical data sets
3 years’ experience using TSQL in database management, data warehousing, and data modeling
Experience in Microsoft SQL Server
Experience designing, developing, and optimizing data warehousing architectures and orchestrating complex ETL pipelines
