About the role
- Own the impact: You take technical responsibility for work packages and streams — from structured analysis and the development of well-founded recommendations to successful implementation at the client.
- Make it happen: You assume overall responsibility for projects or programs — from clear goal definition through structure, budget and resource planning to successful delivery and sustainable verification of results at the client.
- Develop high-performing teams: You lead interdisciplinary project teams both technically and organizationally, set clear priorities, promote individual ownership and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Be the face to the client: You are the primary point of contact for our clients within the project, shape collaborative relationships on equal footing, identify business potential and think beyond the current engagement.
- Turn strategy into impact: You structure complex issues, make well-founded decisions and ensure that strategies are translated into concrete measures, roadmaps and measurable results.
- Shape what’s next: You actively contribute your experience, perspective and ideas to the further development of PROGENIUM — whether in consulting approaches, topic areas or internal initiatives.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in business, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field.
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting, in-house consulting or comparable strategic project environments with clear project and result responsibility.
- You have experience managing complex projects or project streams and are familiar with working in demanding client and stakeholder setups.
- Ideally, you bring experience in the automotive sector, preferably in commercial vehicles.
- You are fluent in German and English (business fluent) and are willing to travel (focus: Germany and Europe).
Benefits
- Make an impact: Work in a young, dynamic team with autonomy and real impact.
- Mission Possible: Work on projects that help secure our clients’ future today and tomorrow.
- Teamwork: A collegial and open team that, together with our clients, passionately works on exciting (international) projects.
- Level Up: Opportunities for personal and professional development through interesting projects, external and internal workshops and training, as well as certifications.
- Office: A pleasant office in Munich-Schwabing — directly by the Englischer Garten.
- Pay & perks: A fixed salary with a variable component that is determined by various factors and can be influenced by your commitment and performance.
