About the role

  • Drive growth by sourcing and connecting high‑value Web3 investors and projects ready for full or partial incubation
  • Research and analyze funds, investors, and Web3 companies that may benefit from full or partial incubation
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn , X (Twitter) , Telegram , Upwork, and other platforms
  • Establish initial contact with potential clients and partners, identify their needs and interests
  • Present the value of our incubation programs and KOLs management services
  • Collaborate with the internal team to smoothly transfer warm leads to the fundraising and business development managers
  • Maintain and update the contact database with detailed lead information
  • Track and analyze outreach performance, suggest improvements, and optimize strategies

Requirements

  • Experience setting up lead generation automation on LinkedIn is a must !
  • Proven experience in lead generation (preferably in Web3/crypto)
  • Understanding of the blockchain industry, crypto market, venture investments, and incubation models
  • Strong B2B communication skills and ability to build long‑term business relationships
  • Experience with outreach and CRM/automation tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator or similar)
  • Proficient English (B1+)
