About the role
- Architecting a scalable and reliable data warehouse solution
- Designing data models that drive analytics and reporting
- Selecting and recommending the right tools and technologies
- Building and deploying initial data pipelines
- Documenting systems and enabling smooth knowledge transfer
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering/data architecture roles
- Strong background in dimensional modeling
- Experience designing warehouse architectures
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable data models
- Hands-on production experience with BigQuery
- Experience with an orchestration tool
- Experience implementing data quality checks
- Understanding of PII handling, data masking, and compliance considerations (GDPR)
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in Python for data engineering tasks
- Fluent in Polish and English
