About the role

  • Identify, prospect, and negotiate with strategic partners.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with partners (follow-up, reports, performance indicators).
  • Create cooperation models, agreements, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Structure and manage the referral pipeline, monitoring partner performance.
  • Plan and manage external events (trade shows, workshops, dinners, activations).
  • Coordinate vendors, logistics, contracts, and timelines.
  • Develop activation strategies to generate leads and increase visibility.
  • Align with marketing and sales teams to ensure strategic integration.
  • Oversee the entire experience for visitors, partners, and officials.
  • Prepare reports, metrics, and identify relationship opportunities.
  • Create and monitor KPIs (partner acquisition, event ROI, leads generated).
  • Manage the department budget and forecast logistical and financial needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in partnerships, sales/commercial area, events, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Organization and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing and activation strategies.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Soft skills: Clear communication.
  • Networking ability.
  • Proactivity and autonomy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creativity for campaigns and activations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and new processes.
  • Nice to have: Experience with large-scale events.
  • Knowledge of community management or B2B partnerships.
  • Experience in the education sector or in SaaS companies.
