Requirements

What you’ll need

German language proficiency at minimum C1 (CEFR), spoken and written
Proven experience in Product Management
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Driven, collaborative, and direct communicator
Skilled at context switching and prioritization
Commercial awareness / business acumen
