About the role
- Advise customers on purchase decisions
- Maintain ongoing commercial dialogue regarding the global market and supply situation
- Increase share of supply and build strong customer relationships
- Drive business development through market research and identification of new customers
- Collaborate with internal partners in Product Management and Inside Sales
Requirements
- Experience in trading or working with volatile chemical raw materials or specialties for industrial customers is mandatory
- Fluent business-level French and English; other languages are an advantage
- Strong sales personality with the ability to represent the company at all negotiation levels
- Ability to learn and use CRM systems and to interpret figures and statistics
- Well organized with the ability to manage diverse tasks and responsibilities
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
