About the role

  • Advise customers on purchase decisions
  • Maintain ongoing commercial dialogue regarding the global market and supply situation
  • Increase share of supply and build strong customer relationships
  • Drive business development through market research and identification of new customers
  • Collaborate with internal partners in Product Management and Inside Sales

Requirements

  • Experience in trading or working with volatile chemical raw materials or specialties for industrial customers is mandatory
  • Fluent business-level French and English; other languages are an advantage
  • Strong sales personality with the ability to represent the company at all negotiation levels
  • Ability to learn and use CRM systems and to interpret figures and statistics
  • Well organized with the ability to manage diverse tasks and responsibilities
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
