About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You work on challenging, agile projects in the areas of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.
You take on work packages such as requirements analysis, process design, solution concepting, SAP customizing, testing, and training (including conducting workshops).
You are responsible for implementing solutions for our clients.
You are willing to take on (partial) project management responsibilities.
You also contribute to business development, proposal preparation, and presentations.
Act as Solution Architect for existing (customer and in-house) solutions migrating to the new SAP architecture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with methodological experience and a pronounced ability to structure complex topics.
More than 3 years of experience in comparable roles.
Solid expert knowledge in requirements and process analysis and implementation based on SAP SD/MM.
Experience with at least one SAP logistics module (SD, MM, WM, EWM).
Familiarity with the configuration options of the relevant modules and their extensibility through customer-specific development of the SAP standard.
Basic ABAP knowledge — ability to analyze programs.
Hands-on attitude, eagerness to develop professionally, and ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics and tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially teamwork and a "passion for customers", entrepreneurial thinking, and ability to work independently.
Confident communication in German and English.
Willingness to travel as required (mainly within Germany and Switzerland).
