Key responsibilities & impact

Proarch is seeking a skilled Sr AI Developer with experience in building scalable, end-to-end applications and integrating AI-driven capabilities using OpenAI technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and modern search/retrieval systems, along with the ability to design and deliver intelligent applications such as chatbots and LLM-powered solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to build high-performance, secure, and scalable enterprise applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional software development experience (or equivalent).
Strong proficiency in Python, C#/.NET with hands-on experience building scalable backend services.
Experience developing end-to-end solutions, including integration of AI-driven capabilities using OpenAI technologies.
LLM-powered applications (chatbots, summarization, Q&A systems, agentic workflows)
Search and retrieval systems (BM25, vector search, hybrid search)
Embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search pipelines
Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), including production operations.
Data structures, API design, system design, testing methodologies, and security best practices
Ability to communicate effectively, document technical designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
