Key responsibilities & impact

Ensuring the flawless operation of customers' IT systems
Responsible for storage and backup topics within the company's service platforms
Handling process-oriented standard requests
Planning optimizations and migrations
Participating in regular meetings with customers and vendors for project planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) or other comparable technical training, degree or practical experience
Knowledge of ONTAP CLI and NetApp hardware (FAS, AFF, MetroCluster, E-Series)
Basic knowledge of applications and platforms such as VMware vSphere, MSSQL, MS Exchange, M365, and container solutions
Some experience with hybrid cloud environments
Basic ITIL knowledge, ideally with Foundation certification
Certifications are welcome and can also be acquired on the job
