About the role
- Represent clients in syndicated credit facilities, leveraged finance, and other complex lending transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents with a high level of precision.
- Provide legal and strategic advice to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree (required).
- Admission to the North Carolina State Bar (preferred; relocation and bar application support available).
- 4–7 years of transactional law experience.
- Strong background in syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance.
- Exceptional academic record and strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
