About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy (goals, channels, growth-oriented approach).
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing activities: planning, launching, monitoring, optimizing campaigns.
  • Prepare briefs and tasks for designers; oversee creative production (banners, posts, visual content, basic animations or video editing).
  • Maintain and update company portfolio: select projects, prepare case studies, write descriptions.
  • Build and manage content strategy — including writing creative posts for LinkedIn (company & founders), blog articles, outreach copy.
  • Promote the company on industry platforms and directories (e.g. Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, Webflow Marketplace).
  • Set up and manage outreach activities on LinkedIn (company and founders), including growth-oriented outreach workflows.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors; prepare analytical reports.
  • Collaborate closely with sales team to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Manage marketing team: assign tasks, delegate, supervise execution (designers / copywriters / assistants / freelancers).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in an IT company / web-studio / design agency / marketing agency.
  • Experience developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies with a growth mindset.
  • Experience in team management: task assignment, delegation, control, communication.
  • Experience working with freelance platforms (e.g. Upwork) — profile promotion and project acquisition.
  • Experience managing presence on design/agency platforms (e.g. Dribbble, Behance) or company profile growth on directories (Clutch, GoodFirms, etc.).
  • Experience executing LinkedIn outreach (company and founders).
  • Good knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, Looker Studio, SEO tools such as Serpstat/Semrush).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and GEO-marketing / geo-targeting.
  • Ability to work with AI marketing tools.
  • Experience with targeted advertising / PPC.
  • Skills in design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop) for banners — plus basic animation or video editing.
  • Familiarity with WordPress admin panel is a plus.
  • Experience managing tasks in project-management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Jira).
  • Strong business sense, strategic thinking, result-orientation, and good humor.
  • English language level — at least B2.
