Account Manager

• Maintain an assigned book of business
• Assist with account administration
• Provide member assistance and support the sales and service teams in their evaluation of client and prospect needs
• Assist and prepare relevant documentation for new business and renewal submissions
• Prepare proof of insurance and auto identification cards
• Assist with running and reviewing Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs)
• Process account changes by verifying coverages, invoices, and updating Applied Epic
• Maintain account accuracy to include review of applications, new business and renewal submissions, policies, premiums, and invoicing
• Execute proposals and participate in client presentations
• Support and manage activities and workflows
• Overall retention of book of business
• Complete special projects and other duties, as requested
• Interact with agency personnel, prospects, clients, insurance partners and vendors
• Develop and maintain positive work relationships with team members
• Maintain continuing education, participate in ongoing education and keep informed regarding industry information, new product information, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance
