About the role

  • Write tutorials, guides, and blog posts to help developers onboard and succeed with Prisma
  • Contribute content to support product launches alongside senior advocates
  • Actively participate on Twitter, Discord, and other platforms to answer questions and engage with users
  • Build small demo apps, templates, and example projects demonstrating Prisma usage
  • Share developer feedback from community spaces with the broader team
  • Contribute to reviews, internal processes, and shared projects to ensure content quality
  • Learn from senior peers and progressively take on more tasks independently

Requirements

  • Passionate about developer education and helping others learn
  • Experience writing tutorials, blog posts, or documentation
  • Technical experience building projects in Node.js and TypeScript (other frameworks a plus)
  • Familiarity with relational databases (especially Postgres)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable engaging with developers online in communities like Discord or Twitter
  • Growth mindset—open to feedback, eager to learn, and proactive in execution
  • Preferred: Contributing to open-source projects
  • Preferred: Prior community involvement (e.g. Discord mods, open-source maintainers, meetups)
  • Preferred: Basic video or content editing skills
  • Must be located within timezone GMT -2 to GMT +3
