Key responsibilities & impact

Lead position in analyzing clinical, business and/or technical processes and problems
Formulating and developing recommendations for new and modified systems
Provides advanced technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems
Gathers and works with departments to prioritize development initiatives
Provides analysis of workflow, recommends solutions, and implements application solutions
Mentors Associate and Mid-level I/S Analysts in their roles
Manages system upgrades and large projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences or related field of study
Five (5) years of experience in EPIC or integrated EMR experience
Information technology experience in a business, computer science or healthcare setting.
Epic certification in assigned Epic application discipline
Presentation skills
Communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
