Business Data Analyst, Pharmacy
Prisma HealthBusiness Data Analyst supporting Pharmacy Department operations with data analysis and reporting requirements. Collaborating with leadership and management to enhance efficiency and optimize revenue.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the operational efficiency of the Pharmacy Department by coordinating fiscal management activities, performing data analysis, and maintaining departmental statistics and reports
- Responsible for developing, preparing, and maintaining quality data analytics that will be utilized by leadership and management
- Publish quality analytics to include weekly or monthly dashboards, productivity, ad-hoc projects, and/or KPI used by directors and managers
- Maintain system databases to reflect changes in the drug formulary or product specifications
- Define new data collection and analysis processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or Information Technology
- Two (2) years of related experience
- Experience in data models and reporting packages required
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy preferred
- Experience with quality and safety metrics in healthcare or pharmacy operations preferred
- Experience in data analysis, quality improvement, and/or healthcare planning preferred
