About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all aspects of production for our multiplayer title
Coordinate efforts across design, engineering, art, audio, QA, and external partners
Own and drive the production roadmap from pre-production through post-launch support
Facilitate collaboration between creative leadership and development teams
Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact scope or quality
Mentor Associate Producers and Team Leads in best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least five years of production experience within the gaming industry
Proven track record of shipping at least one multiplayer and/or live-service title
Strong understanding of game development pipelines
Experience in balancing feature development with live-service operations
Proficiency with production and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Deep understanding of competitive multiplayer games and community-driven ecosystems
