About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You’ll work 1:1 with client’s in-home settings, using a play-based approach tailored to each child’s unique interests.
This role involves collecting and analyzing data on client progress and providing direct client interaction and support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have at minimum a High School Diploma
Must have a reliable means of transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
Must pass TB test
Must pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications: Childcare experience, Tutoring experience, Caregiver DSP, After-school availability, ABA experience, Experience with special needs, Weekend availability, Child development experience, Nanny experience, Babysitting experience, Direct Care Experience, Behavior Therapist Experience, Behavioral Technician Experience, Therapy Experience
Therapists who are fluent in Spanish are highly requested but not required.
