About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build across the full stack, from backend APIs to mobile and web frontend user interfaces
  • Plan, architect and implement new features in backend
  • Influence the development roadmap with the development team
  • Implement, iterate and release features in a cross-functional team
  • Extend and maintain GraphQL API
  • Work with product owners to deliver high-quality UI and UX
  • Build reusable, scalable, and reliable software solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in building scalable backends (e.g. Python, NodeJS, Ruby, Go)
  • Experience in functional, object-oriented and other programming paradigms
  • B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar technical discipline
  • Additional experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, Expo.io, Mobile apps, CI/CD, DevOps, Docker
  • Experience with Agile Software Development Techniques and Tools
  • Professional written and verbal fluency in English, same in German will be a plus but not a must have.
