About the role
- Sales of real estate funds: Proactively sell our residential real estate AIFs and continuously optimize our sales strategies
- Client management: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients and investors, ensuring high-quality advice and personalized support
- Network development: Build and expand a robust network of banks, family offices and institutional investors to increase our reach
- Support and training: As a driving force, prepare content and assist in the preparation for client meetings
- Product presentations: Present new products and projects internally and on industry platforms, as well as to analysts and sector experts
- Event participation: Represent Primus Valor & Alpha Ordinatum at trade fairs, conferences and sales events to expand our network and strengthen our market presence
Requirements
- Experience in selling financial products, ideally in alternative investment funds and real estate
- Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
- Proven track record in building and maintaining professional networks
- Willingness to travel and attend industry-related events
- Team player with an independent, goal-oriented working style
