About the role

  • Sales of real estate funds: Proactively sell our residential real estate AIFs and continuously optimize our sales strategies
  • Client management: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients and investors, ensuring high-quality advice and personalized support
  • Network development: Build and expand a robust network of banks, family offices and institutional investors to increase our reach
  • Support and training: As a driving force, prepare content and assist in the preparation for client meetings
  • Product presentations: Present new products and projects internally and on industry platforms, as well as to analysts and sector experts
  • Event participation: Represent Primus Valor & Alpha Ordinatum at trade fairs, conferences and sales events to expand our network and strengthen our market presence

Requirements

  • Experience in selling financial products, ideally in alternative investment funds and real estate
  • Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining professional networks
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry-related events
  • Team player with an independent, goal-oriented working style
