About the role
- Actively sell our residential real estate Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and continuously optimize our distribution strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and investors, ensuring high-quality advisory services and tailored support
- Build and continuously develop a robust network of banks, family offices, and institutional investors to expand our reach
- Act as an initiator by preparing content and supporting preparation for client meetings
- Present new products and projects internally, on industry-specific platforms, and to analysts and sector experts
- Represent Primus Valor & Alpha Ordinatum at trade fairs, conferences, and sales events to expand our network and strengthen our market presence
Requirements
- Experience selling financial products, ideally in the area of alternative investment funds and real estate
- Excellent communication skills and persuasive ability
- Proven track record in building and maintaining professional networks
- Willingness to travel and participate in industry-relevant events
- Team player with an independent, results-oriented working style
