About the role
- Sale and sale preparation of German residential properties (individual units and larger portfolios)
- Coordination of sales activities in the residential sales channel with large sales organizations
- Development of sales strategies, market and location analysis, and financial calculations to optimize the portfolio
- Leadership and development of the two-person team with plans for future expansion
- Active acquisition of new sales partners and channels
- Identification and outreach to potential contacts, including building and maintaining a reliable network
- Monitoring relevant KPIs, reporting and deriving recommended actions
- Valuation and presentation of properties
- Interaction with property management companies and real estate agents
- Point of contact for internal departments such as Asset Management, Marketing and Property Management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a real estate agent/property manager or qualification as a real estate specialist (e.g., Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, Immobilienfachwirt/in, Immobilienmakler/in)
- Several years of experience in residential property sales, ideally with leadership experience
- Excellent understanding of market mechanisms, pricing and marketing/sales processes
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and confident presence
- Independent, committed and proactive working style with an efficient focus on achieving targets
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
