About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support major corporate and mid-sized clients on management control assignments
Work within clients’ finance and operational departments
Contribute to the preparation of financial closings and the budgeting process
Design new management reporting and redesign cost and management accounting frameworks
Carry out ad hoc assignments related to mergers and acquisitions or reorganizations
Deploy data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
Gain exposure to and work across various industries, organizations, tools, and projects
Work independently with guidance and opportunities for career development within the firm

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree from a business school or university
Master’s degree in Finance
2 to 6 years of professional experience in management control roles, including internships, work-study programs, international volunteering assignments (VIE), or permanent positions
Professional expertise in management control
Excellent interpersonal skills
Business-level English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, SAGE, Navision, etc.) is an advantage
Knowledge of a consolidation tool (HFM, BFC, Tagetik, OneStream, etc.) is an advantage
Knowledge of EPM/BI tools (Board, Pigment, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an advantage
