About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support major accounts and mid-sized companies with management control and performance management projects
Work within clients’ finance and operational departments
Contribute to the preparation of financial closings and the budgeting process
Design new performance reporting systems and redesign management accounting frameworks
Structure the management control function
Work in contexts involving reorganization, restructuring, growth, and IPOs
Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships
Contribute to the organization and development of client engagements
Lead and manage teams
Manage a client portfolio and contribute to responding to tenders and preparing commercial proposals
Participate in the recruitment process
Contribute to strengthening training programs
Support the development of the department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
Management experience
At least 6 years of experience in management control roles
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Meticulous and detail-oriented approach
Solid foundation in financial and management accounting
Prior experience with an ERP system, consolidation software, and BI tools is required
Professional working proficiency in English
Enjoys challenges and can adapt to a wide range of environments
Dynamic and curious mindset
Ability to make proactive recommendations
Willingness to support colleagues in their professional development
